All staff listen. This is excellent! They try to treat me as an individual, not just a number or a nuisance (as at other GP's sometimes). Knowing I can get an appt fairly easily, and that I will be treated effectively, means I actually use the service less, so it is time and cost effective too.

I had an injury that required urgent attention and that is exactly what I received. Lesley-Anne met me as I arrived at the practice and very quickly cleaned and assessed the situation, requesting advice from Dr. Speed Andrews who proceeded to treat me on the spot. The whole process was first class and I am glad I have this opportunity to say so. Certainly no suggestion for improvements.
